🥣🍯 Honey Granola (Breakfast / Snack)
Ingredients:
3 cups rolled oats
1 cup chopped nuts (almonds, pecans, or walnuts)
½ cup Keene Raw Honey
⅓ cup coconut oil (melted)
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
½ cup dried fruit (optional)
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 325°F.
Mix oats, nuts, cinnamon. In another bowl, stir honey, oil, vanilla.
Combine and spread on lined baking sheet.
Bake 20–25 min, stirring halfway.
Let cool, add dried fruit. Store airtight.
