🥣🍯 Honey Granola (Breakfast / Snack)

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups rolled oats

  • 1 cup chopped nuts (almonds, pecans, or walnuts)

  • ½ cup Keene Raw Honey

  • ⅓ cup coconut oil (melted)

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • ½ cup dried fruit (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F.

  2. Mix oats, nuts, cinnamon. In another bowl, stir honey, oil, vanilla.

  3. Combine and spread on lined baking sheet.

  4. Bake 20–25 min, stirring halfway.

  5. Let cool, add dried fruit. Store airtight.
